We install different types of floorings, including epoxy, LVT, vinyl, and Amtico, as well as ceramic tile flooring in residential and commercial properties.
Luxury vinyl tile flooring is a popular flooring option for residential and commercial properties because of its features. The LVT flooring is durable, long-lasting, and easy to maintain.
Due to the advanced technological processes, LVT flooring can be made to look like stone, wood or metal.
With its design possibilities and performance, the LVT flooring meets the growing needs of the flooring market.
The advantage of this type of flooring is that it can be installed on the existing floors such as ceramic tiles, wood floor or concrete one.
Vinyl tiles are available in several functional systems such as click system, panels and strips.
There are three methods of installing LVT flooring:
The advantage of this system is that it is modular and doesn’t need to be glued down, which means that after some time you can redesign your floor by moving and rearranging tiles in a different way.
Lose Lay flooring is especially suitable for commercial spaces where you need to change the floor quickly, i.e. when space conversion is needed.
We recommend installing LTV flooring in all spaces that require durable flooring options.
LVT flooring features:
Due to its features and modern design, LVT flooring can be installed in any room in your home, making your living area look seamless and elegant. For example, people usually opt for ceramic tile flooring in bathrooms and kitchens, but by being water and moisture resistant LVT flooring is also an excellent choice for these spaces. It is also an excellent choice for bedrooms because of its thermal properties.
LVT panels are not sensitive to moisture, have thermal properties just like real wood, reduce noise made by foot traffic, are easy to maintain, and offer various design solutions.
Easy maintenance is an important feature of this type of flooring. Its structure, the polyurethane protective coating, and the antibacterial properties make for very easy maintenance. Just wiping it with a moist cloth is usually enough.
Teak is a type of hardwood very resistant to weather conditions, which makes it suitable for outdoor use. It is used for ship decking because of its endurance, and because its natural resistance makes for low maintenance.
Teak is also an ideal solution for the boat flooring. W-J installs teak decking among other things.
Apart from the real teak, we also install synthetic (composite) one. Given that it is made of plastic, synthetic teak doesn’t require maintenance other than occasional cleaning (unlike the real teak). It looks like real wood. It’s ideal for fishing boats and utility vessels because it is easy to rinse and clean. Synthetic teak is not only durable and UV-resistant, but it also absorbs impact and heat.
