LVT flooring features:
Due to its features and modern design, LVT flooring can be installed in any room in your home, making your living area look seamless and elegant. For example, people usually opt for ceramic tile flooring in bathrooms and kitchens, but by being water and moisture resistant LVT flooring is also an excellent choice for these spaces. It is also an excellent choice for bedrooms because of its thermal properties.
LVT panels are not sensitive to moisture, have thermal properties just like real wood, reduce noise made by foot traffic, are easy to maintain, and offer various design solutions.
Easy maintenance is an important feature of this type of flooring. Its structure, the polyurethane protective coating, and the antibacterial properties make for very easy maintenance. Just wiping it with a moist cloth is usually enough.
Teak is a type of hardwood very resistant to weather conditions, which makes it suitable for outdoor use. It is used for ship decking because of its endurance, and because its natural resistance makes for low maintenance.
Teak is also an ideal solution for the boat flooring. W-J installs teak decking among other things.
Apart from the real teak, we also install synthetic (composite) one. Given that it is made of plastic, synthetic teak doesn’t require maintenance other than occasional cleaning (unlike the real teak). It looks like real wood. It’s ideal for fishing boats and utility vessels because it is easy to rinse and clean. Synthetic teak is not only durable and UV-resistant, but it also absorbs impact and heat.
